surnachi your chicken sandwich sounds tasty as hell i love spicy shit. actuall watering at the mouth thinking of it i really wanna try that.
can't talk about many of my experiences with food cause i eat very bland food most of the time. i think my most recent though was eating peanut butter off of the floor, it was pretty ok. still thinking about that sandwich though jesus, im so hungry.

i have two chows for the forum today. first are some pancakes i made for breakfast a few days ago. i havent made pancakes in a few years and i greatly overestimated how long it would take to them to cook (the closest i've made to a pancake in a while is a burger) so i totally fucked up and burned them. and the spatula that came with the place is small and is hard to flip with. they still tasted awesome though because i made them from the pancake mix.

the other chow is just some chips and honey nut cheerios i mixed in a bowl as a snack. i thought they were good but it is def some bachelor chow

oh man, meat, that looks so fucking awesome. a huge panfull of alfredo.... im jealous! i did make some stir fry(?) recently though. there is no wok at my place so i just used a large pan. it was this recipe i found on the wolfe pit, i just used some different veggies and noodles instead of rice (i like noodles more). i wanted to use ground beef but i accidentally bought the wrong kind of meat. it was a steak but it looked like it was run over by a car so i assumed it was just ground beef. anyways, here is that awesome stir fry (after i ate a bowl or two):

it's not terrible but it's not great either.

Awesome egg wrap

awwww yeahhhhh. the first bachelor chow i made that isn't kind of sad. except all those awesome stir frys. anyways, it was this awesome egg wrap from that youtuber guy meals by cug. the italian guy whos been popular on twitter lately. he had this ridiculously simple recipe for an egg wrap so i made it, but i added bacon cause i was extra hungry. and also because i bought bacon at the store. and also i put too much stuff in it so i had to use two tortillas. now im really full! but it was super good.

anyways, the ingredients were:
two strips of bacon (stupidly thin it sucked)
two fried eggs
some pesto
green onions & bell pepper
spoonful of siracha type stuff from a jar
some cheese (shredded)

and here are some photos (featuring my place in the bg) (i know hosting an image from discord is bad etiquette but whatevs)

Oh man, that looks good. I'm a picky eater so I don't like all of those things, but I've becoming more and more open to a lot of regular breakfast foods of late. Actually, I have a relevant story which is more related to the point of this thread (or at least the original point?).

So second semester last year, I found out that the breakfast food I have in my school (undisclosed) is like, really good. Well, all the food is, but again, re:picky eater, so I don't like a lot of the stuff they have prepared. But the point is that I really love the breakfast foods. Actually, not really that much of it, but I like the scrambled eggs (these are new to me because my mom doesn't like eggs so I just never had them in my life really) and I particularly LOVE... baby cakes. I'm not sure if that's like, regular terminology because I just looked it up and it didn't show me what I mean, but it's just like the McDonalds hash brown, like pucks of fried potato. Another thing about the name is that I didn't look closely at the labels, or something, so I didn't really know they were called baby cakes until this year. And actually, I'm not certain anymore, because I saw "baby cakes" on a label but they weren't actually there. So what gives?

But anyway. I keep on checking if there's baby cakes or not because I want to have some delicious baby cakes. One day I go and see the menu and it's on there, but then I go and actually look at the food and it's not there. Or actually, maybe it wasn't baby cakes on the menu but instead "fried potato latkes", which might actually be the right name? Whatever the point is, I didn't SEE the things I loved, but it seemed like there was something similar and I was in a "trying" mood so I grabbed some of whatever this fried thing is.

I go and sit down and I smell this like, weird sort of sweet smell that I don't like that much, and I just brush it off thinking it's somebody else's food, and I start eating other parts of my breakfast (though actually it was lunch because on weekends breakfast goes late). Eventually I'm thinking I'll try what I thought was some sort of fried or baked potato, so I dip it in some ketchup (maaaaybe I like eggs and baby cakes so much because I use them as ketchup vehicles) and then take a bite of it.

It's a fucking banana.

Now, it's not like I don't like bananas, even though I would honestly eat other things if I had a choice, but the taste and texture of a banana when you're expecting a potato is terrible. I had to stop myself from vomiting like 3 times in a row. Then I had to put up with that sweet smell, which was on my plate all along, for the rest of my meal! And then later when I was telling my roommate about this, I started gagging again! Even just thinking of or saying the word "banana" began triggering the vomiting process!

jeez, im sorry chase thats horrible! it reminds me of this prank some kids tried to pull on me when i was younger at a sleepover, where i had to close my eyes and tell if the milk being given to me was one percent or two percent... but it was actually orange juice! i already knew about the prank from the internet beforehand so it didn't work but i can imagine why the banana potato latke would make you want to spit up. i hope you aren't turned off from bananas forever because they are one of my favourite fruits, but if you are i can't blame you.

OH also i discovered a new easy ramen recipe. everything i eat these days is ramen. but anyways, breakfast ramen:
step one: get some water in your pan and heat it up till it's boiling, then add the noodles and cook them till soft. add the flavour packet too and mix it up nicely
step two: drain the noodles in a colander or sifter or what have you, then fry up a single piece of bacon in the pain
step three: after draining the fat from the pan (i drain it into a piece of tinfoil in a bowl, then toss the finfoil. you can reuse the bowl for your meal), cut up the bacon into little bits.
step four: put the drained noodles back into the pan with some bacon, then crack and egg in the pan and stir it all around until everything's well and cooked.
BOOM you have breakfast ramen. really easy to make, but you should eat some veggies with lunch to balance things out

now that i have a job ive figured out what to get for every break which i feel is appropriate for this thread

1st break: a gatorade
2nd break (lunch break): pepsi + either a costco pizza or a costco hot dog
3rd break: pepsi + either one of those ham and cheese sandwiches that comes in triangular packages or a cookie

i made this open faced hotdog sandwich. the reason it's open faced (and therefore way sadder looking) is cause i already ate a hotdog sandwich with two slices of bread earlier and i didn't want to waste bread on my second sandwich. i bought some oats and frozen fruit earlier so hopefully that marks a change in how i eat lol

usually i'm pretty open about our bachelor meals here but i am just so confused by your meal, thayle. like you're eating out of a strainer? and inside the strainer is??? fried pita bread? rinsed-off potato chips? some mystery hash of some sort
