everyone in the world should watch mr robot and also talk about it bc if i have to watch star trek then mr robot must also be watched & discussed.... it is an american drama thriller about a vigilante hacker (played by rami malek) and his battle against the top one percent/capitalism. its got completely accurate hacking + coding (the spoken languages are off but theyre passable phonetically) and its a crazy psychological masterpiece. a fair bit of philosophy (its a little pretentious at first but i promise theres a reason for it!) its structured to rely on end of season finale twists that explode ur brain & the last season is the culmination of every twist! its not like any tv show ive ever watched; its one of the most unique media ive ever consumed + the soundtrack is awesome. if youre bored at first just give it until the end of the season for you to get your brain exploded! the only warning is its fairly downbeat/dark but it does have a happy ending if u just give this show a chance it will change ur life seriously

I remember trying it out in middle school with my dad, though I didn't really get into it—guess it's time I try it out again! It seems to be streaming on Amazon Prime, which luckily my mother has, so I'll see if I can get access to it (I'm one of those chumps who prefers to not pirate things, unfortunately). Plus, I love a good soundtrack, so that's always a bonus!

@cello, its so worth it!!!! its really good, prime captions are nice to have and i like the trivia/fun facts thing they have on it. (plus they tell u all the songs used which is awesome) please tell me how it goes omg!
